Limited Capacity seats available

Short-term focus projects are often problematic for agricultural interventions because of reward structures sometimes leading to inappropriate agricultural technologies.  However, lack of accountability can result in sloppy implementation of incoherent projects.  The workshop will explore the tension between these two concepts and focus on examples that show a balance between these two.
